A verified motion or affidavit stating specific facts, not conclusions. Common grounds: risk of child removal from Michigan, ongoing domestic violence, or asset dissipation.
The party against whom the order was entered has 14 days to file an objection or motion to modify. If no objection is filed, the ex parte order becomes a temporary order.
